Just a quick note to say THANKS for your friendship and all that you did to help us sell our condo in Mariners Mark so quickly and to make our return to North Carolina uneventful. And, sell it you did - in less than 60 hours - without any published advertising. During the time that we have worked with you (both on the purchase and sale of real estate), we have come to depend on your judgement and trust your counsel.In the most recent transaction, you helped us identify and employ a contractor who installed a door at the buyer's request; you doggedly negotiated an issue with the home inspectors that was resolved with no charge to either us or the buyers; you facilitated the flow of information from our bank to the buyer's attorney to satisfactorily complete the sale of the property; you gathered all of the documentation required by our attorney to make sure all of the I's were dotted and the T's were crossed at closing. Prior to closing you were always available on your cell phone and provided both Jenney and me and the buyers with all of the information that we requested.
